Kobe is a traditional city with a rich history, famous for its Sake producers (traditional Japanese alcoholic beverage made from fermented rice), and has also gained popularity for its bread and Western confectionery. Founded in 1946 as a Tsukudani (soy-simmered foods) producer, Inoue Shokuhin Co., Ltd. has grown and evolved into a manufacturer of nonessential grocery foods, specializing in finger foods and value-added processed seafood. Our finger foods are perfect for enjoying during breaks or at gatherings, and we hope they serve as a bridge, connecting people through casual conversation.
